1. PRIDA Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Microbiology
This runs annually from March to September in 2 semesters of 14 weeks each. Enrolments occur before the end of February. It is a UNITAS-CIFAL accredited course. The course is fully subscribed for 2026.

2. PRIDA/PPTC Postgraduate Diploma in Microbiology for Scientists
This runs on alternate years over 40 weeks. It is a UNITAS-CIFAL accredited course. The next course commences in June 2026 and is fully subscribed (March 2026).
3. PRIDA/PPTC Diploma of Laboratory Quality Management
This new initiative launched in September 2025 with 15 senior laboratory staff from the Port Moresby General Hospital, Papua New Guinea. The 12 week diploma, delivered in 2 semesters, finishes in late March 2027. The curriculum provides practical guidance with the 12 quality system essentials, derived from ISO15189-2022 and related standards. It is a UNITAS-CIFAL accredited course.
